Vector has an albino appearance due to the fact his powers block any physical contact with ultraviolet radiation, and so he has pure white hair and pale red eyes. He wears a long black leather coat with armoured shoulder pads as well as other black leather apparel. He is taller than the average male, but has a slim practically anorexic build. He is a loner, with a sadistic personality and few ethics. He is not completely amoral however, and will only extensively harm or kill others if they are an actual threat.

Telekinesis: Vector's telekinetic strength and skill are both of an extremely high level, capable of grasping objects within a range of 150km and manipulating hundreds of components in mid-air in complex patterns. He can telekinetically lift several tons of matter at once, and has learned to use his power both aggressively and defensively, as blasts of frocused telekinetic force or defensive shields strong enough to withstand out of scale ballistic impacts. He has also been shown to manifest a fiery aura offensively as well as plasma blasts by using his telekinetic powers to excite the air molecules around him into focused combustion that produce heat and light in his immediate area. As potentially one of the most powerful psychics on Earth at present, he essentially has the ability to change the vector values of anything within his sphere of influence. For example, he killed a person by reversing the flow of blood inside his body. He can greatly uplift the velocity of air in around him, which continues to pick up speed and heat from friction creating a massi ve plasma storm; all the while he remains completely unharmed within the eye at the centre. His telekinetic redirection of external forces coming approaching physical contact is instinctual; he has to consciously allow gravity to affect him, he can choose to block out all sound or physical contact. Furthermore, this redirection ability is automatic so projectiles like bullets or explosives like bombs have no effect on him, as their energy and substance will be redirected. It is because of this ability that he has an albino appearance (white hair and pale skin), for his body blocks all ultraviolet radiation and in turn prevents the skin from manufacturing melanin.

Telepathy: Vector is also potentially one of the Earth's most powerful dormant telepathic minds. At present his abilities are more or less limited to simple mind-speech. Once he has fully mastered his abilities over the years, he will be able to influence any individual as well as read, control, and communicate with the minds of others, and generate telepathic force blasts that can stun or kill others. A side effect of his latent telepathy is that he is gifted with an eidetic memory.

Vector is physically very weak from having always relied on his telekinetic abilities. Heavy use of his telekinetic abilities is quite draining and will lead to eventual loss of consciousness if overused. His innate redirection of external forces directed against him only occurs if he is consciously or mentally prepared for them i.e. feeling fravity, seeing a gun aimed at him, seeing a missile coming, etc. Surprise attacks can bypass his defences and strike his vulnerable body. Likewise, when unconscious or asleep he is totally defenceless.
